Employment Research Project (ongoing)

The South Asian and Tamil Women's Collective (SATWC) is a grassroot, community based organization that creates spaces for intergenerational connection, growth, and learning for South Asian and Tamil women, girls, and gender diverse communities.

We do this by collaborating and engaging with the community to create events, programming, and conduct research in the following areas: leadership, career development, mental health and well-being.

Throughout our design process, we curate spaces for connection, joy and learning within and across communities. As a grassroots collective, we are continuously growing and evolving in many ways, and our core goal is to support and respond to the emerging needs impacting South Asian and Tamil women, girls, and gender diverse communities.

To learn more about our work, be sure to follow South Asian Tamil Women’s Collective on our social channels - Instagram and LinkedIn  https://linktr.ee/satwcollective

This research project is funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation, and supported by Agincourt Community Services Association.
